Browsing and discovering events on Evento is completely free. Registering for free events doesn't cost anything. For paid events, you only pay the ticket price set by the organizer. Event organizers may choose from our flexible pricing plans based on their needs.

No — you never need to create an account or password to register for events, submit a speaker proposal, or apply as a sponsor. Right after you submit, we email you a personal access code you can use anytime to view or update your submission at https://evento.iservices.africa/my-access, with no login required.

Evento specializes in technology and cybersecurity events including conferences, workshops, training sessions, webinars, hackathons, networking events, and summits. We support in-person, virtual, and hybrid event formats to accommodate diverse attendance needs.

Yes! You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after completing your registration. This email includes your ticket number, QR code for check-in, event details, and important instructions. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Yes, when selecting tickets, you can choose the quantity you need (subject to the maximum allowed per order). However, you'll need to provide individual attendee information for each ticket during checkout. Each attendee will receive their own unique ticket and QR code.

Ticket transfer policies vary by event. Some organizers allow transfers while others don't. Please check the specific event's terms and conditions or contact the event organizer directly. If transfers are allowed, you can usually request one using the personal access code from your confirmation email, or by contacting support.

Don't worry! You can retrieve your ticket in several ways:

• Forgot your code? Request it again at Find My Access Code using the email you registered with

We accept multiple payment methods to make registration convenient:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Mobile Money: MTN, Moov, Orange and other mobile payment providers
• Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfers
• PayPal: Available for USD/EUR transactions

Payment methods may vary depending on the event currency and location.

Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption and work with trusted payment processors (Stripe, FedaPay, KkiaPay) that are PCI DSS compliant. We never store your complete payment card details on our servers. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Refund policies are set by individual event organizers and vary by event. Common policies include:

• Full refund up to 7 days before the event
• Partial refund up to 3 days before
• No refund within 48 hours of the event

Please review the specific refund policy on the event page before registering. To request a refund, contact the event organizer or our support team.

Yes, you'll receive a payment receipt via email immediately after completing your payment. For company invoices with specific billing details, please contact us at evento@iservices.africa.

For virtual events, you'll receive access details in your confirmation email and reminders. Typically:

1. You'll get a meeting link (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) 24 hours before the event
2. Click the link at the event time to join
3. You may need to download the platform app if it's your first time
4. Have your ticket QR code ready for virtual check-in

Technical requirements and platform details are included in your ticket email.

For in-person events, please bring:

• Your ticket: Digital on your phone or printed copy
• Valid ID: Government-issued identification
• Business cards: For networking (optional)
• Laptop/Notebook: If it's a workshop or training

A hybrid event offers both in-person and virtual attendance options. You can choose to attend physically at the venue or join online from anywhere in the world. When registering, you'll select your preferred attendance mode. Hybrid events give you the flexibility to participate in the way that works best for you.

Many events offer certificates of attendance or completion, especially for training and professional development events. Certificate availability is indicated on the event page. If offered, certificates are typically:

• Automatically generated after the event
• Sent via email within 7 days of event completion
• Require successful check-in or attendance verification

If you're experiencing registration issues:

1. Clear your browser cache and cookies
2. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
3. Disable browser extensions temporarily
4. Check your internet connection
5. Try on a different device

Payment failures can occur for several reasons:

• Insufficient funds: Check your account balance
• Card restrictions: Contact your bank about international/online transactions
• Incorrect details: Verify card number, expiry, and CVV
• Network issues: Try again with stable internet

Your card has not been charged if the payment failed. You can try again or use a different payment method. If issues persist, contact evento@iservices.africa.

If you haven't received your confirmation email:

1. Check spam/junk folder: Our emails sometimes land there
2. Wait 10-15 minutes: Delivery can take a few minutes
3. Verify email address: Check if you entered it correctly
4. Whitelist our domain: Add @iservices.africa to contacts

Still no email? Contact us at evento@iservices.africa with your registration details, and we'll resend it.

Participants, speakers, and sponsors don't need an account or password on Evento — updates are made with the personal access code emailed to you when you registered, submitted a speaker proposal, or applied as a sponsor:

1. Open your confirmation email and find your personal access code
2. Go to Manage My Registration and enter the code
3. Update your information and save changes

Lost your code? Use Find My Access Code and we'll email it to you again. Event organizers and admins sign in normally and manage their profile from their dashboard.

Getting started as an event organizer is easy:

1. Submit your details on our Become an Organizer form
2. Our admin team reviews your application and organization information
3. Once approved, we create your organizer account and email you your credentials
4. Log in and click "Create Event" from your dashboard
5. Fill in event details, set up tickets and pricing, and submit for review
6. Once approved, your event goes live!

We offer flexible pricing for event organizers:

• Free Events: No platform fees
• Paid Events: Small service fee per ticket (typically 5-10%)
• Premium Plans: Flat monthly/annual fees with more features

You can track all sales and financials in your organizer dashboard. Platform and payment processing fees are deducted automatically before payout.
