Introduction

Welcome to Evento by Iservices ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our event management platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, registering for events, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
• You represent that all information provided is accurate and complete
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Types

The Platform offers different account types:

• Participant: Users who register for and attend events
• Speaker: Users who submit proposals and present at events
• Organizer: Users who create and manage events
• Admin: Platform administrators with full access

2.2 Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. Event Registration & Attendance

3.1 Registration

• Event registration is subject to availability
• Some events may require approval from organizers
• You must provide valid contact information for confirmation
• Registration does not guarantee attendance for waitlisted events

3.2 Tickets

• Digital tickets are issued upon successful registration
• Tickets are non-transferable unless specified by the organizer
• You must present your ticket for event check-in
• Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced

3.3 Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies are set by individual event organizers
• Refunds, if available, are processed according to organizer policies
• We reserve the right to cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances
• In case of event cancellation, refunds will be issued as applicable

4. Event Organizers

4.1 Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete event information
• Honor all registrations and commitments made to participants
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Handle participant data in accordance with privacy laws
• Respond promptly to participant inquiries and concerns

4.2 Event Content

• Organizers are solely responsible for event content and quality
• Content must not violate intellectual property rights
• Content must comply with our Community Guidelines
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content

5. Speaker Submissions

• Submissions are subject to organizer review and approval
• You grant organizers the right to review and use submitted materials
• You retain ownership of your submitted content
• You represent that submissions do not infringe third-party rights
• Acceptance does not guarantee speaking slot assignment

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Iservices or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Engage in unauthorized data scraping or harvesting
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with Platform operations or security
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iservices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for accessing the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iservices, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit or transmit through the Platform

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harm to other users or the Platform
• Extended periods of inactivity

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by applicable international commercial law principles. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to internationally recognized arbitration.
